Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
Book Reading Competition
This competition is open to Luton residents only and for ages 6 to 18 years old. By entering and submitting your video to the BCPD Trust book reading competition, you (parent where minor) give your expressed consent to BCPD Trust to use the video on their website, social media platforms and other promotions. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting BCPD Trust. Judging panel decision would be final and once awards are made there is no appeals procedure. If you have any concerns please contact one of our Trustees and our aim would be to capture your feedback so that we can make any changes in the future. All applicants are required to attend the awards ceremony in person to be eligible for a prize award. Where a winning applicant fails to attend in person the judges may at their discretion decide to award prize to next highest scorer for that age category. BCPD Trust at their discretion may agree in some rare circumstances for another nominated person to collect prize on behalf of the winner during the awards ceremony. However this must be agreed in advance of the awards ceremony with one of our Trustees.
Making Donations
Making a donation could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any service that you wish to support into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the transaction.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your booking or donation is received, this is to indicate that we have received your booking or donation. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your booking or donation, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Collection time and location can be agreed between the two parties. However current government guidance on social distancing must be maintained.
Placing an Order
Simply search our Free online shop for whatever essentials your children require and place an order. You do not need to make any payments as this is a charitable service.
If you place and order for a brand new uniform or accessories, our staff will contact you to make arrangements for collection.
Where an item is listed by a community member you can still place the order in the same way as a new item but any arrangement for collection would need to be made with the community member. As soon as the order is placed the community member will contact you to make arrangement for collection.
Currently we are restricting one item per household for brand new uniforms and accessories for Luton residents only.
